Majestic Star Chicago - not what it used to be
Majestic Star casino is not what it used to be. We've been going here for a long time,since there were two different casinos ,the Majestic Star and the Trump casino.Seems there was more competition back then and winning was more frequent.
Since Majestic took over or bought the Trump boat,,,well my wife or I haven't had much to cheer about.Majestic did replace the smelly old rugs throughout the boats about a year ago,but they are smelly again (smoking is permitted in Indiana). I think my love affair with Majestic Star is over,it's too bad because it's only a 45min. ride for us.
We've started taking a longer ride to the Blue Chip casino and to the quad city casinos,it's a longer ride but a more enjoyable time.we also like the Hollywood casinos in Aurora and Joliet,thy are closer and smoke-free.We're hoping 2012 is a better year for our gaming.
