The Schaumburg Flyers baseball team is a member of the independent Northern League, a 10 team professional league. In May, 1999, the Flyers played their first game at their home park, Alexian Field in Schaumburg, which seats just over 7,000. Since its inception in 1999, Alexian Field has established a unique identity in Chicagoland’s vibrant Northwest suburbs. The Home of the Flyers is a modern minor league facility blending traditional baseball charm and present-day baseball amenities. The facility includes a restaurant from which you can watch the game.
