Midwest Film Festival

Tour of The Chicago Theatre

Time: 12:00pm

The tour encompasses historical and architectural highlights of the building, including the grand lobby areas, majestic auditorium and backstage space (when possible) where performers through the years.

Saturday tours occur on the 3rd Saturday of each month at 11am and 12pm. Tours will begin promptly on the hour. When possible, Saturday tours will feature a demonstration on the Mighty Wurlitzer organ.

The running time for all Saturday tours is approximately 1 hour. Reservations do not need to be made in advance unless your party contains more than 10 people.
$5 per person, no reservations necessary

18th Annual Green & Growing Fair

Location: Garfield Park Conservatory

Kick off the growing season at the 18th Annual Green and Growing Fair on Saturday, April 24th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Garfield Park Conservatory, 300 N. Central Park Ave. The fair is free to attend with nominal fees for various workshops and activities.

Auditorium Theatre Tour

Location: 50 E. Congress Parkway, Chicago

Tour the magnificent Auditorium Theatre and marvel at the art and architecture of Dankmar Adler and Louis Sullivan.

Tours are available Mondays at 10:30am and 12 noon and Thursdays at 10:30 am. Tour tickets are $10 per person and can be purchased beginning 30 minutes prior to the tour at the Auditorium Theatre Box Office and in advance at Ticketmaster.
