eS Game of Skate Presented by Boost Mobile

Grant Park, The Temp Skate Park at Columbus and Balbo Sts
Kids of all ages from Chicago and surrounding cities will compete in a single elimination tournament-style skateboarding contest, part of a worldwide tournament that will include more than 12,000 skaters! The éS Game of SKATE, presented by Boost Mobile, will pit skaters in a head-to-head battle vying for an all-expenses-paid trip to Orange County, California to compete in the éS Game of SKATE Amateur World Championships during the Maloof Money Cup in Costa Mesa, California.

Tuesdays on the Terrace

Museum of Contemporary Art 220 E. Chicago Ave.
Join us for Tuesdays on the Terrace, another exciting season of free evening jazz concerts on the MCA's Anne and John Kern Terrace overlooking Lake Michigan. Enjoy cocktails and a buffet dinner ($16.50) while listening to Chicago's finest jazz musicians, hosted by local radio personalities.

Tour of The Chicago Theatre
Time:
12:00pm
The tour encompasses historical and architectural highlights of the building, including the grand lobby areas, majestic auditorium and backstage space (when possible) where performers through the years.
Tours take place every Tuesday & Thursday at 12pm
Thursday tours from April to September.
The running time for all weekday tours is approximately 1 hour.
Reservations do not need to be made in advance unless your party contains more than 10 people.
$5 per person, no reservations necessary
