Chicago Arabesque Festival Location: Daley Plaza-Corner of Washington & Dearborn public awareness, understanding, and appreciation of the rich cultural heritage of the Arab World. Representing over twenty Arab countries, the fest seeks to introduce Americans to the rich diversity of the Arab World through workshops, calligraphy, artisan demonstrations, activity booths, Arab cuisine and a souq (bazaar). What: A two hour sailing on a traditional (wood) Tall Ship, followed by a great fireworks show just off of Navy Pier!
