Great way to see a wonderful city
While visiting Chicago in October, my family and I took a See it all tour. We knew that there was a lot to see, so we decided to let an expert show us around the town. We were very happy that we did! After they picked us up from our hotel, we were shown several different sides of a beautiful city. We stopped 2 or 3 times to get out and take pictures of the city's skyline (very nice), river and Wrigley Park, where the Cubs play. I did not know that the world's earliest sky scrapers were built in Chicago, but I do now! We were shown several examples of beautiful architecture and public art, in the loop area. We were very interested in learning a few things about Al Capone and the rest of the town's history Another thing that I liked was the way that we drove through Lincoln Park, the Gold Coast and the area around Wrigley Park. It gave us a chance to see areas, other than just the ones near our hotel.
Our tour guide was funny, courteous and seemed to care about everyone on board. His knowledge of Chicago was great. Since our group was asking a lot of questions, it came in handy. Also, the tour vehicle only had about 15 (comfy) seats, so everyone was close enough to ask our guide (Paul), about something or another.
As a city, Chicago is much prettier, cleaner and welcoming, than I ever imagined. We would like to thank See it all tours for showing us all of the highlights and then some, in a nice, comfortable setting. We will definitely recommend them to friends, if they are going to Chicago.
