Hotel Felix Chicago - Nice Boutique Hotel
If you’re looking for more of a boutique hotel then a huge corporate hotel chain, Hotel Felix is great. It’s eco-friendly. Apparently they offer free parking for hybrid cars, so if you’re one of the few people in the nation that actually owns one, then it will save you about $40 on parking. Otherwise, if you ask me, it’s so expensive to park in Chicago that you’re better off just walking everywhere and taking the train.
The lobby is nice, it’s fairly small but has a nice relaxing vibe to it with modern decor. There’s a bar in the lobby too, which is great but it’s very small and I never noticed many people at it. All the hotel staff were great and really helpful. The location is perfect. It’s within walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping.
The one major downside is that the rooms are very small. The bed takes up almost all the space in the room. So if you’re someone who has a lot of things and needs a lot of space, then this isn’t the place for you. I don’t really spend much time in the hotel room when I’m on vacation anyways, so that doesn’t bother me so much. You should also know that unlike many Chicago hotels, the rooms here don’t offer any type of worth while view.
Overall, I’d recommend staying here if you don’t mind the small rooms.

Hotel Felix Chicago - Nice Boutique Hotel
If you’re looking for more of a boutique hotel then a huge corporate hotel chain, Hotel Felix is great. It’s eco-friendly.
