The CEO Suite at the Manilow Suites Hotel Chicago provides guests with some of the most spectacular amenities. This three bedroom corner suite offers guests high speed Internet, king size beds, fine linens, and a fully equipped kitchen.
The Manilow Suites even provides maid services along with a 24 hour laundry room, and when guests arrive, champagne, caviar and flowers will be awaiting them. Guests in this suite will also enjoy 4 televisions throughout the suite along with DVD player, CD stereos, and VCRs. There's even a grocery and deli in the building too!

Manilow Suites Chicago - Apartment Style Living
Manilow Suites isn’t as much of a hotel as it is executive apartments for long-term stays. They have multiple buildings in several great locations in Downtown Chicago. One is right by Navy Pier overlooking Lake Michigan. The apartments are all super nice, and they have great views! The clientele here seems to be mostly businessmen on long-term trips, but it would be perfect for families or groups too. Plus, for all that you get, the price really isn’t bad. Also, this is a pet-friendly hotel, which is pretty hard to find in Chicago. I noticed in front of the building I was at, there were a ton of people out walking their dogs. A very nice place to stay, but definitely not for the younger party crowd.

Manilow Suites - Upscale corporate housing and apartment-style suites Downtown
First thing's first: the Manilow Suites in Chicago are actually located in an apartment building in The Loop of Chicago. Don't look for a sign for the Manilow Suites because, well, you won't find one.
I had a chance to tour the Manilow Suites on my last visit to Chicago, and could not have been more impressed with the building, the rooms, and the overall atmosphere of this corporate housing complex in Chicago.
Manilow Suites are perfect for companies who frequently send their employees to Chicago. They offer steep discount rates when you rent room time in bulk, and its location in the Financial District of The Loop put business travelers close to all of the most prominent financial institutions and corporations in Chicago.
The rooms themselves are incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The room I toured was an apartment-style studio with a cool, modern decor. It had a penthouse-style apartment feel to it, as if I were living in the middle of Chicago. There were two (really comfortable) couches, a 42" HDTV with cable channels, a work area, and immaculate floor-to-ceiling windows that left no doubt that I was in Downtown Chicago. I even had a view of the outdoor pool below.
The kitchen was fully-loaded with dishes, pots, pans and everything you need to make yourself a home-cooked meal from the convenience of your room. The bathroom was spacious enough and somewhat isolated near the entrance of the suite, and the bedroom was separate from the living room and about as big as your average Downtown hotel room. There's no shortage of space - or amenities - in these rooms, and it was clear why business travelers making extended stays in Chicago would prefer these types of accommodations.
While the rooms may be spectacular, everything else that comes along with a room from Manilow Suites is even better. Downstairs, there's a quiet, state-of-the-art business center with a number of computers and printing stations. There is a break room with a pool table and Tvs, and alcohol is OK if you're hoping to kick back in there with some friends so long as you're not too loud. A private, seasonal outdoor pool is available for guests, and there's an incredibly spacious gym with several state-of-the-art machines so you can keep up with your exercise routine on the road.
Finally, the coolest part in my opinion was the screening room; yes, the Manilow Suites has their own movie theater. Enjoy stadium seating in comfy leather chairs, and pop in a Blu-Ray for a night in with friends. I was pretty blown away by just about everything at this apartment-style hotel in Chicago, but that had to be my favorite part.
Overall, while the best way to stay at Manilow Suites is long-term (especially if you're an employer who sends employees to Chicago semi-regularly), for less than $200 a night you're getting high-class accommodations in Downtown Chicago. I can't recommend Manilow Suites for corporate housing enough, and would definitely consider them on your next trip to Chicago, even if you're just in town for a couple of days.
