Fairmont Chicago - nightmare

rooms are very small and outdated. Had to wait in lobby for room, hours after check in time. $50 a night valet where my brand new car recieved $850 in damage the hotel would not help fix damage even though could prove through onstar car had been nowhere else caustic chemicals would drip on the paint. took months for them to return contacts with claim. feel it is a very overpriced  second rate motel.
