What You Get for your Ticket Purchase:  Ticket price will include admission to the 36 bars participating in TBOX2011 in the Wrigleyville neighborhood of Chicago. You will receive a Souvenir Admission Badge and Lanyard, TBOX2011 Fashion T-Shirt, TBOX2011 Drawstring Gym Bag, Valuable Coupons for use at Wrigleyville Establishments, Your Share of over 100,000 stickers, and the following drink specials:

Thank You to our Primary Sponsor, Miller Lite!  All day, at each participating bar during TBOX, you will receive the special of $3 Miller Lite Bottles, Cans, or Drafts. Thank you also to our new Spirits Sponsor, Jagermeister!  At each participating bar, there will be discounted drink specials on Jagermeister drinks.

Each of the bars will be opening at 9AM, and the groups of participants will be split into teams to begin a Round Robin "Shotgun Start" at each of the 36 Wrigleyville Bars, with 12 Bar Time Slots from 9AM to 9PM.  Starting after 9PM will be the Closing Ceremonies at the Cubby Bear, with a Private Party featuring the band Rock Candy!

We will be entering everyone who buys a ticket into a rolling, ongoing raffle for valuable Gift Certificates from participating Wrigleyville bars!  The earlier you buy, the more chances you have to win!

You will be able to pick up your Event Participant Kit, Gym Bag, T-Shirt, Lanyard, Badge, and Schedule Passport at the Festa Parties Office Starting on Monday, October 17th -- 2 months before TBOX!  Our office is located at 4314 North Lincoln Avenue, 773-478-3378.   

You may pick up your Participant Kit in person at the Festa Parties Office during the following hours or on site the day of the event:

 Weekdays Thru November 23^rd – 10am-5pm

Friday, November 25 – 11am-6pm

Saturday, November 26 – 11am-6pm

Sunday, November 27 – 12pm-6pm

Monday November 28-Thursday December 1 – 9am-9pm

Friday December 2,  9am-6pm

Saturday, December 3, 10am-6pm

Sunday, December 4, 11am-5pm

Monday December 5-Thursday December 8 – 9am-9pm

Friday December 9,  9am-7pm

The sooner you come in, the less hectic, the less waiting, the more face time with the Festa staff, and the better chances of getting your exact t-shirt size/color desired!  When you buy your ticket, you may authorize someone else to come and pick it up for you.  We will be open weekdays from October 10th thru December 9th, and, will have extended Night and Weekend Hours the last weeks before the event.

Do You Need A Hotel Room??  Our Official Hotel Partner is the Hyatt Regency Chicago!  For a Limited Time, you can reserve a discounted room at the TBOX2011 Campers' Rate!  

Tickets are Non-Refundable.  No Refunds will be Issued. However, Tickets are Transferrable.

The holder of this ticket acknowledges that no refunds will be issued, but it can be transferred to another person legally qualified to attend.

Tickets Will Not Be Mailed or Delivered To You. You or a designated agent must pick them up at our office in advance, or on site the day of event. You will have 2 months to do this.

Waiver, Release and Hold Harmless Agreement:

The holder of this ticket assumes all risks of property loss and personal injury incidental to participation in the Event for which this ticket is issued, whether prior to, during, or after the Event. Ticket holder agrees that Festa Parties Incorporated, the venues, their management, and affiliates of the Event are not liable under any circumstances including injury, loss or damage which might be caused by negligence of any of the above named parties. In consideration of participation in the Event, ticket holder acknowledges that they are aware of and accept sole responsibility for the possible risks, dangers and hazards associated with participation in the Event, including but not limited to the risks associated with travel to and from location(s) to be visited during or after the Event, intoxication and/or alcohol poisoning, and the possibility of bodily injury from falling down or being involved in a physical confrontation whether caused by myself or someone else.

Over 21 Agreement:

The holder of this ticket also certifies that they, and anyone else they authorize to use this ticket, are over 21 Years of Age, and understands that they will have to show proof of identification to enter any of the venues involved in Event.

Security Agreement:

The holder of this ticket acknowledges that TBOX2011 is limited to Registered Participants, and that professional measures are being taken to prevent unauthorized entry. Festa Parties will be engaging a private professional security services firm for the day of TBOX2011. These Security Personnel will be clearly identified, and stationed at the bars participating in the event. Holder of this ticket agrees to Wear Participant Badge at All Times and Authorize Festa Parties Authorized Personnel to Check them for Wearing Badges and that Participation will be Restricted to Registered Participants wearing badges during the event.

Pictures and Video Agreement:

The holder of this ticket agrees that media coverage of them may be taken in connection with their participation in the Event without compensation from Festa Parties Incorporated, and/or its officers, employees, and agents and consent to the use of photographs, pictures, slides, movies, videos, or other media coverage for any legal purpose.
