Chi Bar Restaurant was designed by Jeffrey Beers, and features 15 plasma screen televisions ranging from 20-inches to 60-inches, all displaying a continuous loop of Chicago plasma art.
This small, yet popular Chicago hot spot is open nightly to the general public.
