Shoreline Architecture River Cruise Motion
Photos
This Motion VR was shot along
a short but spectacular portion of the Chicago River on July 23rd 2004
around 3.30pm during the Shoreline Chicago River Architecture Cruise. It
starts at the Clark Street bridge and finishes at Kinzie Street. Several key
buildings are visible, including the Merchandise Mart and Chicago Sun Times
buildings on the left. On the right hand side, admire the wonderful curved
wall of green glass at 333 Wacker Drive. This stunning building was designed
by Kohn Pederson Fox and follows the bend in the Chicago River. For this
Motion VR, a 360 camera was attached to the roof of the boat and timed to
shoot 3 panoramic photos every second.
