Behind the New York Stock Exchange and the Nasdaq Exchange, the Chicago Stock Exchange is the next-most active stock exchange in America. Located in a signature red granite tower standing 29 stories over the streets of Chicago, the Chicago Stock Exchange is central to the Chicago Business District in the Downtown Loop. While not as recognizable as its New York counterparts on the world stage, this Chicago financial institution is crucial to American trading, and trades many of the same stocks seen on the NYSE and Nasdaq.

There is a visitor's center at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, and this iconic Chicago skyscraper can be found at 20 S. Wacker Drive in the Chicago Loop.
