Shoreline Sightseeing Salutes The Fall Season With Oktoberfest Cruise

Shoreline and Paulina Market present the sixth annual "Beer Brats and Boats" Oktoberfest Event

Chicago, IL: It's a Chicago tradition! Shoreline Sightseeing and Chicago's own Paulina Market will once again team up for a sixth annual Beer, Brats and Boats Oktoberfest celebration and cruise on Thursday, September 21.

The  celebration of fall and of the Oktoberfest season will  feature a classic German dinner provided by the staff of Chicago's Paulina Market  plus  a selection of Oktoberfest brews, including a free drink with souvenir beer stein.The popular Paloma Band, dressed in their traditional Oktoberfest finest, will play throughout the cruise, giving everyone the opportunity to join in an evening of enthusiastic German-themed singing and dancing. Guests are invited to don their dirndl dresses or lederhosen to join in the Oktoberfest festivities. 

The Oktoberfest event will take place on a starlit, two-hour cruise on Chicago's waterways. A cash bar will be available. The Oktoberfest Cruise departs Polk Bros Park at Navy Pier 7:00 p.m., returning  9:00 p.m. Boarding will begin at 6:45. p.m. Tickets $59. Must be 21. For information and tickets, click here! 

Paulina Market has been a Lakeview landmark since its founding in 1949. The Market is known throughout Chicago for its quality hormone-free meats and poultry as well as an amazing array of homemade sausages including their famous brats. 

Shoreline Sightseeing is celebrating its 78th season on Chicago's waterways. Founded in 1939, Shoreline today operates Chicago's largest and most diverse fleet of cruise boats and water taxis with ten major touring vessels and six water taxi . Brothers Chip and Matt Collopy represent the third generation of family ownership.
