This cubic panorama was shot around 2pm on August 27th, 2004 just outside the John Hancock on Michigan Avenue Looking straight up, the panorama gives an excellent sense for just how big this one hundred story, 1,127 ft skyscraper is. It is now the third tallest building in Chicago (4th tallest in US) and is home to offices, restaurants and about 700 apartments. The famous building is located on North Michigan Avenue just next to the Water Tower Place shopping center.
