Modern American meets Belgian bistro at the newly renovated Fisk & Co. The fine dining restaurant in the Kimpton combines a mussel and beer bar serving up seafood and comfort eats in a clean tavern design. An expansive tap selection is navigated by certified Beer Servers, who boast a deep knowledge of the best brew for your meal. Of course, there is a curated wine and cocktail menu as well. All of this is the brainchild of Ashlee Aubin, the head chef who brings his 21 years of experience to Fisk & Co.
