The hotel offers a year-round Spa Retreat Package, which includes overnight accommodations at the hotel plus a $200 credit to mySpa, the Fairmont’s 11,000-square-foot facility. The spa offers nail services, couples experiences, and a 24-hour fitness center. Enjoy a range of skincare, body treatments and personalized massages and take your relaxation to-go with products from the on-site retail store.

Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park – Amenities

This large hotel has a staggering 687 guest rooms, all outfitted in the utmost luxury. Modern furnishings and artwork is coupled with an array of boutique concierge services. There are several guest room options, including Fairmont Rooms, Deluxe Guest Rooms and Fairmont Signature Rooms. Pricier rooms offer views from higher floors, but all of the accommodations face the River or Cityscape. There are also 50-inch HDTVs, luxury bedding, marble bathrooms with a soaking tub and shower and a spacious dressing area. One king or two double-bed layouts are available. Ideal for families, the-bedroom suites feature sweeping views with one king or two double beds, a large parlor and plush sleeper sofa.

The on-site spa features eight treatment rooms, a nail salon, private locker room with steam and a spa boutique. It also houses the 24-hour fitness center, which caters to guests and locals alike. The center has a lap pool, rock climbing wall, and more than 100 group classes per week.

When you stay in a luxury hotel, you can expect top-level service. A concierge is always available to arrange valet, tickets, babysitting services, or foreign currency exchange. The staff is also multi lingual. Of course, there’s also the spa, 24-hour fitness center, and swanky on-site dining. Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park Location

On the corner of North Columbus and Lake, the Fairmont is surrounded by park on two sides, with Millennium Park to the south and Lake Shore East Park to the east. With the Chicago River to the north and the city to the west, every room has either park, water, or city views. Of course, this luxe location makes accessing Windy City landmarks and entertainment a cinch. The Riverwalk is just a block north, and Millennium Park one block south. The American Writers Museum, Chicago Cultural Center and the many Theatre District entertainment venues are all nearby as well.

The Swissotel, Kimpton Hotel Monaco, and Staypineapple The Loop are the other accommodations within a few blocks, but non boast the park proximity and views offered by the Fairmont.

Fairmont Chicago Millennium Park –The verdict

Fairmont Chicago has a lot to offer, but you’ll pay a premium for those services. If you’re willing to splurge, there is plenty to take advantage of. First, the location. Surrounded by park acreage and river views, there really isn’t much better in the Windy City. Then, there are all the on-site amenities, including a luxe spa, well-equipped fitness center (read: lap pool and climbing wall), and a readily available concierge. For a special trip, it is worth the investment if you think you’ll be in the room enough to take up some of the hotel’s offerings.
